This couple is so elegant and chic I knew we had to do something downtown. I wanted to convey a 40s city style that matched their glamorous personas. It turned out to be a winner. Alison is radiant in white and later in navy and Ryan is so dapper. I cannot wait to go to Napa to capture these two tie the knot. What an event it will be!!!
Conocí a esta pareja fabulosa hace tres años. Mi esposo y yo estábamos viajando por Granada y quería hacer fotos de una novia en la Alhambra. Patri trabajaba en el hotel donde nosotros nos quedábamos y me parecía guapísima. Pues, la pregunté si le gustaría ponerse en un vestido de novia y dar un paseo conmigo en los jardines de la increíble Alhambra. Ella dijo que le gustaría y que también tenía un novio que iría con nosotros. Pues, cuando vi a Fran el día próximo, bueno, pensé que tenía suerte tremendo - que él también era guapo!! Esa sesión de fotos nos pasábamos muy bien, aunque hacía un poco frío, era el fin de Noviembre. Desde ese momento pasábamos cada día juntos, nos hicimos muy buenos amigos. Cuando visitamos Barcelona hace 2 años, nos encontramos en Teruel y juntos fuimos a Albarracín. Pues, cuando por fin nos dijeron que se iban a casar, claro que tenía que ser fotógrafa - una boda verdadera en mi ciudad favorita del mundo. ¡Y qué boda era!! Seth and Claudia have a love story that covers the world - literally. Across the ocean and continents, these two have found each other and I was honored to witness their love uniting. Claudia is from Milan, Italy. Seth is from Boston. To take it to the next level, they decided to get hitched in Cuernavaca, Mexico, in a beautiful Italian villa run by Claudia's family called Anticavilla. This event was truly spectacular! From the rehearsal dinner held at the Hacienda of Hernan Cortez, yes, the Conquistador himself, to the most awesome pink, centuries-old cathedral, to a gorgeous garden filled with peacocks and other exotic birds, a fully outfitted Mariachi band, and of course, I cannot leave out a sweet gesture to Italy - a Fiat 500, a red one at that. I wish these two beautiful people all the love and joy that a marriage can offer!
